I saw a ball three feet in the air when the clock was 0.00. The field clock, the one the coaches, players, refs, fans use to make decisions..... it was 0.00.
The double secret big 10 clock photo doesn't show the ball.... and according to other rules experts, isn't the official clock as the field clock is.... has to be.....
