I'm pretty pumped about our bracket. I think we can win our games and make it to the Ship. I'm also thinking Oregon makes it, and I feel pretty good about that matchup as well. Let's GO DAWGS!

Best scenario possible. It's like some other fan put on here, the list of teams that could potentially knock us out before the national title game are Notre Dame, Indiana, Boise State and Penn State.
The other fantastic news is that Oregon and Ohio State would play each other in round 2, and those are the two teams that I personally would least like to see us play.

Notre Dame is going to be a hell of a match up for us. I’m definitely not taking them lightly assuming they get past Indiana. Will be interesting to see how they prep for Gunner given they’d have almost no footage of him which should be in our favor. Next round is likely the winner of Boise and Penn State. I know lots of people have Penn State already penciled in but I feel like they might make a run especially with that dominant run game

I'm not taking any team lightly, but Notre Dame seems to be the toughest game out of the 3. I still think we can beat them though,.

Notre Dame has dudes and a mobile quarterback but we are way more battle tested. I like our chances

I hope losing Beck means that the guys go into what are the remaining 3 games 100% dialed-in and laser focused.

saw elsewhere that we'd be underdogs to notre dame. I know losing your starting QB right before the playoffs isn't ideal but is ND that good? Admittedly I haven' watched a minute of them all year but I'd think we should beat them in NO even with a bakcup (with 3 weeks of prep).

oh for sure I don't hate it at all. I just didn' realize ND was that respected thsi year. Vegas doesn't care abotu history or tradition and shite like that so I doubt they'd throw ND an extra point or two just based on their name. I think once I saw ND lose to northerin illinois in week 2 I didn' give them a second thought again all season until sunday

I have seen projected lines of around UGA -3 for ND. Not sure if that is expecting Beck to play or not

I haven’t watched them either, nor do I care to, other than vs us. We have one common opponent, Tech, whom they beat by 18. The QB is the #2 rusher on the team - I THINK. Their SOS sucks, but for the most part it looks like they’ve handled business week in and week out, with N. Illinois being the main hiccup - early in the season. Edit: Statistically, one aspect of their D (rush/pass) is considerably stronger but I can’t remember which; I looked it up the other day. I’m sure someone will break it down.. Be interesting to hear what Brooks says.

This is a strength vs strength match-up.
ND will likely try to exploit our pass defense and if our defenders turn and look for the ball, we might have opportunities for interceptions just like Everette did vs Texas.

frick 'em. I'm tired of those entitled bastards always getting slobbered on by the national CFB media. They're perennially overrated and get more attention due to their "brand" than they do for real ability.
