Yante should get to be the one to fire Fox but he won’t because Yante is the best. Just a reminder that Yante once got hit by a car when he was a freshman and his reaction was to check on the girl that hit him in the crosswalk to make sure she was ok.

Yante deserves better than this shite

Just can’t hold a lead. It’s truly unbelievable how slow Parker is with the ball. He flashes good stuff but sucks handling the ball. Turtle plays hard but he’s not a playmaing PG once so ever. Have to beat Florida on Tuesday. Silver lining is there’s plenty of chances left to grab good wins. It may take only 18 or 19 wins to get in. Also plenty of chances to continue losing close games. We will see how it plays out. Very frustrating!

Enough is indeed enough. At least he tossed Crump out there.

I really believe the pressure of the situation with A) Fox's job security and B) the NCAA tournament has gotten into their heads. They are playing tight as hell and scared. Any coach worth his pay ought to be able to see this.

I think the only way he gets axed is if the season tanks and they finish right around .500 or so. The recruiting the last three years has gotten so much better. They compete almost every game but that’s never been a problem with his teams. It’s finding ways to win down the stretch. I’m not gonna lie, I’m one of the ones on the Fox train and want him to succeed but I also want this team to be a contender for runs in the NCAA as well. He hasn’t done that yet so unfortunately unless they can get it turned around then his days are numbered in Athens.

Sad that we are going to waste the great career of Yante Maten with him playing in 1 NCAA tourney game, a loss his freshman year. Won't be able to win the SEC player of the year either when we finish 6-12 and bottom 4 in the league.

fire Fox now then we end up with his former assistant that completely ran the Nevada program in the ground. I don’t see any positive to firing him now. Wait till seasons end.

Hayes can be our coach for the rest of the way. No need to prolong this

That would be fine if this were year 2 or year 3. At this point, just being competitive against the likes of Arkansas and Kansas State is no longer good enough.

Agreed. Just makes me nervous it they go in a different direction and take a step back from where they are now. Not sure they can get a big name, and you just never know with a young up and coming coach if they will pan out.

Who cares? Winning 20 games and going to the NIT is the same as losing 20 games and doing nothing. In football, iys like going to the Liberty Bowl or the Belk Bowl year after year. No one cares.

A change is needed. If we get a young coach and it doesnt work out, then we can try again.

Anything is better than the purgatory that we are in right now.

Don't be so scared. That attitude keeps underperforming around.

Massive game tonight! Sense of urgency needed. Let’s see if they show up against a very hot Gator squad
