Claxton will soon cause Mike Edwards to be processed. We need Tyree or Jordan to be a scorer off the bench.

As slow as we started, we finished really strong.

S/O sweaterman, only person on the planet that I truly believe likes Georgia hoops more than I do

You are third in line...there is sweater man, me, and then you.

I would love for Fox to call TO here.

Ball movement hasn’t been as good and we’ve lost some defensive intensity.

Yante rocking another 20-10 game

This was about the best you could've asked for out of our OOC schedule.
Now let's see how we handle the SEC grind.

Yeah, I hate it that we blew it against umass but I think it's made up for by the great win over st marys.
Posted on 12/22/17 at 1:51 pm to BranchDawg
yeah the OOC went even better than expected.
st. mary's, @marquette, temple all solid wins. not earth shattering but similar resumes that bubble teams have as we will have to add a few in the SEC as well.
losses are OK. SDSU is a fine loss, they are legit and just beat gonzaga. @umass is certainly not a good loss, but at least it was on the road. we finally have the wins to look at though to help overcome that lone bad loss.
ETA: if we had beat UMASS, we might legitimately be ranked

I think the UMass loss probably should not have happened... we looked like a fricking abortion there, but yeah... SEC schedule will make or break it this year. Big scrum of quality teams after the top 2-3 teams... going to be interesting to see where the cutoff is and who gets in vs left out at the end of the year.

Great win... we look pretty damn good. A lot of guys that can play.

Yante with a 30-10 game. Crump didn’t see the floor. Hightower surpass him on the depth chart?

Dunno if surpassed, but Emerson's article mentions that Fox wanted a taller lineup due to Temple's length (2x 6'10" and a 6'8" dude).
