What did they say was his injury? Never saw any updates on it. How long is he down?

11. Georgia (43-17, 17-13)
The Bulldogs’ first season under coach Wes Johnson ended in a home super regional loss to NC State. Georgia lost a lot of firepower from that team, starting with Player of the Year Charlie Condon and All-American Corey Collins. But the Bulldogs have worked as hard as anyone in the transfer portal and have rebuilt a solid roster.
The double-play combination of Kolby Branch and Slate Alford returns, as does Freshman All-American Tre Phelps. Top pitchers Leighton Finley and Kolten Smith are back, as well. If Georgia’s newcomers click, it can build on its momentum from this season, even after losing the best player in the country.

Seems fair. Offense should level off a bit but pitching should elevate, especially if Alton Davis is the truth and if Wes can get some decent innings out of TJ Quinn. Not mentioned there because I think it broke after but getting Charlie Goldstein back also really pushes the needle toward our staff being the odds on strength of the team.

Yeah Andrew and Team Georgia are taking it to Team Bama right now, 16-0. Will play the winner of Florida/Tennessee for a spot in the Southeast Regional Championship. Winner of that game goes to Williamsport

They’re whooping up on their opponent today too. Andrew has a 2 run double and a laser throw to HP to keep a runner from scoring on a fly ball.

Now he’s pitching and has 2 Ks on 22 pitches and retired his first 5 batters

That’s what I said was going to happen eventually…why even have a roster limit, just limit per game.
