They are not as good as Bama, OSU, Oregon, or Oklahoma. Would probably get smoked by ND, Michigan, Auburn, and TA&M, too.
Top 4 will be UGA, Bama, Oregon, and OSU, and then Oklahoma might just jump Cincy while on their bye week, although that’s pushing it. But I would do that if I were on the committee after seeing that Tulsa game. That was really bad football.
