- Grantham departure is an opportunity not a burden
- This is not complicated. Smart is the choice. Don't let him say no.
- Georgia situation is way more appealing than it was in 2009
- 3-4 personel is in place
- nowhere to go but down as DC at Bama
- If HCIW designation is a must, DO IT
- Smart would take job if he was led to believe that he'll get a true shot at the HC job
- Richt not likely to coach more than a few years
- Smart would be able to get to know the program and recruit his guys, provide seamless transition
