the media hates us this morning. They say bowers is the only good player on the team and we have no front 7.

Good. The plan is coming into place nicely. Kinda wish they would have bumped us to 3-5 range in polls but whatever. I hate the media btw… but they’re not off by too much just using the eye test 5 games in.

The worst thing about Saturday was the three turnovers.
Offense is gona play a lot cleaner in front of a home crowd. We cannot afford turnovers this week and somebody has got to seal the edge against that Kentucky run game.

Yeah.
Only 2.

It definitely felt like more (2 fumbles that we recovered and another non-fumble that got reviewed with Bowers).

That’s right the bowers one wasn’t a fumble.

I don't think UGA has covered the spread this year.

I don't care what the spread is as long as its a win.

worse thing that could happen to UK was for Auburn to expose some weaknesses on the edge. Kirby will get that tightened up

We had a completely different defensive scheme against Auburn. We were running 5 and 6 lineman. I fell like our goal was to not give them the dive and play our speed vs Auburns on the outside. Auburn had a great scheme for that and caught us more than a few times. I think we started to figure it out as the game went along. We will likely have a different scheme against KY. We will still have to stop the run though.

I think we were running an Oklahoma front. 4 linebackers (2 on the edges).

Still only 3 down linemen.

Per Brooks Austin, auburn ran a 14 offensive scheme to get us into that look.

You may well be right. It seemed like we had more men on the LOS than typical.
