When JT Daniels was injured Kirby put Stetson in and said he deserved to be the new starter because of his performance. Now Beck is injured and Stockton performed beautifully. Will Kirby be consistent? Gunnar has earned the starting position in my opinion.

JT vs Stetson was way different scenario. Felt like Stet could run more of the offense because JT was limited with his legs.
Feel like this is an opposite situation. No downfield passing game with GS14. Maybe it was self preservation. Longest pass thrown was the INT.
Who knows how the next few weeks play out.

Bobo didn’t let either QB throw long. Stock made the one mistake. Beck is not a leader. The O Line is uninspired by him but played far better for Stock. We’d have lost this game with Beck in.

Keep in mind, we give UTx shite but there’s no denying their defensive talent. They’re easily top 5 defense in America and Gunner came in and competed like a warrior. I trust this kid. He’s gonna bring something special once he gets reps with 1’s etc.

Beck couldn’t lead this team. Yeah receivers dropped balls but from the first snap Stock lead the offense down the field for a TD and continued to play well. He earned the starting job in my opinion.

Beck took his shots down field. Arian dropped one. Bell misplayed one. There was no semblance of throwing the ball down field outside of the 3rd and 2 throw in the first series he was in lol
