I’ll be honest. I’ve been frustrated with this team all season. There just hasn’t been any kind of identity to it. Nobody has broken through or transcended or taken ownership…..

Until the start of the second half of the SEC championship game. THAT IS.

Folks at the game know what I’m talking about. The first half pre-Gunner was the most luke warm Georgia game I’ve ever attended. Low energy fest. While the second half post-Gunner was equal to the most electric of any of them. Right from the jump

Watching Gunner’s teammates rally around him and going out of their way to get in his face and love and support him put an identity in this team for me. I love this crew now. They came together finally. Something changed and your blind if you didn’t see it

Jersey 14,

1+4=5

Five points on a pentagram.

It's probably just a coincidence.

It's divine intervention - the ONE who has been sent to take us back to the promised land!

The offense in the first half definitely was a buzzkill. Dawg fans came out on fire and showed the Texas fans what a big game environment was supposed to look like. Tailed off, however, before picking it back up when Gunner came in and started scrambling. Dawg fans began running out of juice again midway through the fourth quarter. MBS showed some Texas hype video with some country song and montage that apparently worked. Texas fans started doing better than Georgia fans.. We won anyway.

You took the commercial about “Don’t squeeze the Charmin” literally. And fricked it instead.

Physiognomy checks out. Stockton has the prominent Neanderthal brow ridge of greatness.

That OT run by him made him the anti-Fromm. Laid it all on the line. No time to slide. I hope so badly he can excel.

That hit looked and was brutal, but he had been having trouble with the helmet strap earlier. I wonder if it just wasn't fully secured.

It did. However, after flipping to the SEC Network channel after the game they showed players celebrating, etc, and he was walking around talking/laughing and taking it in. Had quite the dime piece on his arm, too. He is fine.

Gunner needs to grow the flow back as much as possible these next few weeks and especially going into next season. I ain’t trying to have some 20 year old who looks like he’s balding. That’s Big Ten shite.

He was fine during the game. If they had stuck with targeting call, he would’ve been back in the game. We didn’t have a timeout, so had to play Beck or Rashada for one play

Eason went down. Fromm Stepped in and led us to playing for a natty (should’ve won bc Tyler Simmons was onsides)
Daniels went down. Stetson won 2 nattys.
Beck goes down…. Time for Gunner to do what backup UGA quarterbacks do.

I disagree. Beck played well last year but this year he has been less than average most games. Not DGD worthy.
