Yes.
Both Vandagriff and Stockton are known for their scramble ability. Essentially our last two takes for QB on signing day have been scramblers with arm cannons.

It's one of his tools yes. He's got really good legs but he struggled vs Thomasville this year who put the heat on him. The rest of the year he was lighting it up.
