I've never seen them refuse it if a player meets the criteria and hasn't used up 5 years of eligibility. If our doctors and coaches document that Keith's knee/ankle isn't healthy enough to play the rest of the season, he seems to fit the criteria for a waiver. Although, if he doesn't get much playing time next season it may be a moot point and he'll move on.

Last I saw early this week, Richt said Michel was cleared by the trainers but would be a coaches decision this weekend. Has anyone seen anything more recent regarding if he's even traveling this weekend?

He's traveling. Doesn't mean he'll for sure play, but he's there

I'd throw him in there for maybe 1 or 2 plays.

I mean, UK has a shite rush defense. If they're not tackling well, may be wroth it to get him some game action at times just to knock the rust off in preparation for Auburn

FWIW...FSF...

As we expected, it looks like Sony will play tomorrow. I doubt he will play special teams, but he should get meaningful reps. Definitely good news, if anything it gives them another threat to think about. Really think Mitchell goes off tomorrow, because he seems to have a connection with Mason as one of his most trusted targets and now he's finally got his feet wet last week against UF.

That's great news we needed him to add another threat

CMR on Michel this morning on ESPN: "He's been working all week. We're pretty confident he'll be able to play."
