Why didn't the CDC also give us the percentages of those who were vaxxed but not boosted and of those who were unvaccinated? I'm convinced that the data remains hidden for a reason.

I am sure there were people who reacted to the polio vaccine early on.
I am pro vaccine as a rule but do worry that a mandate and lack of any real trial is a problem.

This is a fair take, it’s just annoying with the amount of people that immediately blame the vaccine anytime someone healthy dies or says it doesn’t work because a vaxxed person got Covid

Occam's Razor tells be this:
Everyone was in a COVID panic in 2020 and traditional vaccines don’t work against a virus.
MRNA tech could work with a spike protein so it was rushed through production with limited testing.
Govt began pushing it and it became a political issue of the holier than thou vaccinated vs the great unwashed unvaccinated science deniers. Tribalism peaked with crazy shite being said.
Private and govt entities got in on the politics and banned the unvaccinated from participating in society. This included colleges and both amateur and prifessional athletics, service members, govt workers, airlines, etc. Peak virtue signaling.
Two years go by and now they find that previously untested spike proteins and MRNA vaccine could have a lot of bad side effects….particularly on the young and healthy that were at low risk of COVID anyway.
Since it was forced on everyone, the vax pushers and healthcare industry are trying to whistle past the graveyard hoping that it isn’t eventually proven the vax was dangerous and the anti vaxxers were at a minimum right to be concerned. They all have a vested interest in NOT looking into it.
And this is coming from a guy that got the vaccine and one booster due to work and international travel….which I personally now regret. I didn’t get my kids vaxxed though…thank goodness.

Uninformed idiots are more annoying. Cleveland Clinic has approximately 51,000 employees. The clinic related employee vaccination status with frequencies of infection. The clinic found that unvaccinated employees had the fewest infections and frequency of infections increased with each additional jab. Employees that had taken 4 jabs experienced 3.8 times more infections than the unvaccinated.
Merogenomics - Vaccine negative effectiveness
In the link above Merogenomics talks about an English study that also reported vaccine negative efficacy. Bottom line was that those with the most shots suffered the most infections and the slowest recovery.

I took a psych 101 class as an elective at UGA, and I don't remember the term, but there's a term for a person who has been scammed, knows they've been scammed, but still won't admit they've been scammed, it's some kind of syndrome that people like Bernie Madoff prey upon. Does anyone here know what the name of that syndrome is?
