Yes, we're playing in the CFP semis in a few weeks, but in the mean time I'm going to go ahead and look at the multitude of talent we are going to have on the offensive side of the ball next year.

Here are the players who were ranked top 10 in their class for the position they were recruited at (247 Comp position ranking):

QB: Fromm (#4, #3 Pro); Fields (#2, #1 Dual); Eason (#2, #2 Pro)
RB: Swift (#4); White (#1); Holyfield (#6); Cook (#3)
WR: Godwin (#1 ATH); Hardman (#1 ATH)
TE: Nauta (#1); Harris (#4);
LT: Thomas (#9)
LG: Johnson (#6)
C: Gaillard (#10 DT); Ericson (#5)
RG: Cleveland (#10 T); Hill (#2)
RT: Wilson (#5); Hayes (#2 JUCO T)

Potential additions to 2018 Class: Ford (#2 TE); Salyer (#1 G); Mays (#2 T)

I'm not 100% sure of this, but I would think this has to be the most talent on the offensive side of the ball we will have ever had, especially on the OL. Almost every position on the depth chart will have two top 10 players at their position in their respective recruiting class. It's just insane.

And if you're thinking the receiver position looks weaker than most, don't worry. As of now, we have the #1 & 2 WRs in the class of 2019 committed.

Honestly this group has been the most disappointing of the bunch. Mecole Hardman seems to be stepping up now.

That being said, the 2019 haul could be legendary.

They just don't get a ton of opportunities. I think Godwin and Hardman both have been pretty good this season.

You need to let go of the first couple of games. The past few games everyone has made great grabs with no drops.

Godwin especially after the not so memorable season he had last year. Really stepped up and is playing extremely physical. He is bullying people out there (see TD and 2pt conversion) which was not his playing style at all when he came to UGA. Lots of growth, which can pretty much be seen across the board at all positions, but with Godwin it has been very noticeable even with somewhat limited opportunities.

Blazevich and Woerner were also top 10.

Godwin won the Herbie/ESPN award for catch of the year at Notre Dame.
