Doesn't Muschamp run a 4-3? Should we expect any different looks next year because of this

Since it’s him and Schuman, I doubt much will change.

Defense under Kirby isnt static like the old days, we run 3-4 4-3 not to mention other alignments.

All I know is boom has always succeeded as a DC. Not so much as an HC. I think we'll be fine.

Yep. IMO, Boom will be the only DC by the end of next season. This whole Co-DC strategy is BS. Give Mr. Temper the fricking job and be done with it. I like Schumann but Will's the best option. Also, Kirby and Will are good friends so its obvious that he will end up making him the sole DC.

Kirby has been running multiple sets on D, not very often we in a base 3-4.

Next year's defensive front 7 stats probably won't look near as good as this year's but they will still be solid. The secondary should be a strength moving forward for the next 4 years especially with the db class coming in.

On another note Dawgs have a chance to have the best Oline in Dawgs history.
LT Broderick Jones
LG Dylan Fairchild
C SVP
RG Tate Ratledge
RT Amarius Mims

Vying for playing time.
Micah Morris
Chad Lindberg
Devin Willock
Jared Wilson

Next year's team have potential to be better than this years team.

McClendon and Ericson will be there too.

I’d expect:

LT: Jones
LG: Ratledge
C: Van Pran-Granger
RG: Ericson
RT: McClendon

with all those other listed guys vying for PT. I’d expect Truss to be the first guy off the bench at G and Mims at T.

Absolutely loaded with WRs, too (assuming we don't get the kind of crazy injury bug we had this year when 8 of 11 scholarship receivers missed significant time with injuries).

We'll have a very good and deep backfield with Milton, Kenny McIntosh, Dajun Edwards, and freshmen Branson Robinson and Jordan James.

Now let's hope we'll have a top shelf QB to take advantage of that OL and WR group...what everyone was talking about this past preseason when Monken was going to open it up with Daniels.

I'm hoping Vandagriff takes a big step forward and locks the job down next fall. Give Stockton a year to learn the system and see where the chips fall after that.

RT: McClendon(needs to bulk up 5-10 pounds of muscle to fend off Mims)
RG: Ericson (Ratledge will hold down RG if he's healthy, LG will be one of those big RS Freshman)
