He was awful at LSU, Kirby should've benched him in the second half. I don't think that would've saved the season but I think last year we could've beaten BAMA if Fields had the whole season under his belt.
It was never about the immediate results with Fields, we all knew our team had a higher ceiling with him at QB.
I always credit Dabo Swinney for benching Kelly Bryant when he did. He knew Lawrence could bring them a championship and he made the right call.
I'm sure if Kirby could do it over, he'd bench Fromm. Hopefully he's learned his lesson and the next time we get a stud we better play him if he gives the team a higher ceiling.
I'll give credit to Fromm for showing up to play against Florida though.

Wow,once again,I don't see how anyone could say this and I think you're referring to '18 and no QB in the country put up better numbers vs Bama that year til they played Clemson.We were 13 pt underdogs in the SECCG
