They have to give it to TCU or they reveal themselves as frauds.

I read in a WG thread thst the committee has NEVER put in a 2 loss team. This isn't the time to break thst streak. TCU lost a heart breaker to a team they already beat.

Now if you're asking me who is better, it's Alabama by a lot.

Was listening to the post-game Dawg Talk. Not that it means anything but Kevin Butler was thinking that TCU would get snubbed. Checked the Bama board and it's 50/50 thinking they will get in. I saw someone even say a 2 loss Clemson with an ACC championship would be more deserving. You would think TCU gets in based on quality wins and only 1 loss. Would love to be fly on the wall when those votes are going in.

I just can’t see how they leave out TCU. Their one one loss was in the conference championship by a field goal in OT. They played a pretty strong schedule and made it through the regular season undefeated. There is no chance Alabama gets in.

The AP poll that came out has TCU at #3 so further indicator that TCU should get the nod. We'll find out soon enough.

I would be absolutely and utterly floored if bama makes it in. I've said for a month they have zero chance and stand by that. T-minus 5 minutes to confirm

Yah, the committee got it right. Saban souded downright silly "we only lost by a close margin and our QB wasn't 100%." He really should have kept his mouth shut. Bama had their time and had their chances this season and they lost. Obviously Ohio St at #4 is a tougher matchup, but the committee didn't want a rematch of Ohio St vs Michigan in the semis.

Yes, it was a really terrible look for Saban. I understand you have to do what you can to stand up for your team and do a little bit of politicking, but that whole episode just shows the entitlement mindset of bama as a whole. They truly believe the college football world revolves around them. Even with two losses.

I mean he actually said all this nonsense not even a couple hours after we handed LSU their 4th loss of the season in a blowout.. A team that beat Alabama as double digit underdogs
