I'm not denigrating Stetson, at all. Love him. But, in the context of Heisman. The best player in college football... is he? He's damn sure valuable to UGA. Best in CFB?
But, then... who has proved better than him?

Williams is a bum, but will probably still win Heisman.
Ball is in Stets court though to steal it out from under him though if he lights things up???
I believe

I personally think his story should factor in to the decision. He’s QB1 for a national championship and got his team in position for another. At QB too…the pivotal position.
Fought his way off the scout team and beat out a couple of 5 star kids to do it.
If we beat LSU then who else is the epitome of a college football player? He’s Tebow 2.0.

If unexposed to the elements, 50,000 years or longer. Much longer.

How different do you think Charleston harbor would look in your own short lifetime without dredging, sand pumping, sea walls, etc?

If the grid went down forever due to some sort of cataclysm. And iPhones became scrapped and prized for their glass which helped filet fish etc. And you wanted the story of your small tribe of cataclysm survivors to be told, would you maybe tell stories which create myths that could be handed over from generation to generation? Or would you scratch it on a papyrus scroll to last 13 months? Or maybe build something out of the most impervious natural materials available because you know your tribe is doomed too no matter how advanced they get?

The field is set now. No matter how much bait is flung tomorrow to try and have debates etc, there’s no way the committee will put two SEC teams and two big 10 teams in playoff

They are still doing it down there. The smart ones have commercial boats and used pick up trucks.

Square grouper or two of cocaine floated up at a marina in Key Largo last New Years, they probably turned one in and used the rest for a Key Largo Sleigh Ride....
