The blame for this one is split between Lanning and Monken.
Worst coordinator performance i have seen in a big game.

I've been a JTD guy from the start but you can spread this loss on pretty much everyone not named Bowers and Carmada. Bennett deserves some himself but not the majority of it.

Bowers had a great game, but two huge drops, including a TD that could have changed the game…but there was a lot to go around. It just wasn’t our day. Sucks

It’s not what Bennett did so much as what he’s not capable of doing. He’s not a threat, the other 10 players are. Bennett isn’t a running threat against a fast team, he can’t see the field which is why he locks in on Bowers, and just doesn’t have big play potential. Doesn’t have the “it” factor a championship team needs.
Also: not supremely accurate, receivers routinely bail him out.

Never be it…. Feel good story of the year, You got me there…I agree . Lanning and Kirby blew it on the defensive side. Not enough pressure on their Heisman QB when we needed it. But the defense didn’t throw those interceptions while I’m panic mode.

Bama lost to an inferior team with a back up QB and almost lost to an even more inferior team with an injured back up QB… yet, they showed up and kicked our arse…, it hurts. We have lots of stuff to fix and learn from. I guess it is time for the cünt nation to have their moment… at last.
