I agree. It's not like these players don't know the rules. After all of the previous suspensions, JHC still thought it be okay to smoke a big blunt on campus, and inside a dorm room. Hello.

Yup, lets put no blame on the individual who decided to smoke a blunt in a dorm room.

You know 20oz. I bet when Ty F. got sent packing under mysterious circumstances the AJC sent an intern snoopin' around & dug this shite up. It's a miracle that the po-po report was on 5-13 & it took them til 5-28 to find it...

shite.. we almost got away with it...

ADGM & CMR still shoulda told those frickers at the AJC today to frick off & give 'em a big 'ol "No Comment"

Please... You can't be so naive that you believe it doesn't happen every single night at Alabama...

It's college and these kids are "gangsters". 80%+ of these idiot athletes smoke weed in school. Difference is, you don't hear about it until a media source finds out and throws it out to the world. UGA is handicapped in this department because of the AJC.

I'm a little lost. So it's now the AJCs fault? I thought it was UGAs drug policy? Or wait...it was originally Athens PD fault, right?

Man, it must suck to have the whole world after your football team.

I'm not, they're just smarter about it probably, and don't get high in a university owned building.

As I mentioned before, players generally know when drug test are coming(I can only speak for UA and UGA). They come usually the same time throughout the year, and also word will get out.

Not trying to be that way, as I mentioned before we are getting players from the same places/environments. It just doesn't take a genius to figure out that smoking in a dorm is a bad idea(a blunt nonetheless), especially if you play for a team with a drug policy like UGAs.

Seriously, if players know about the strict drug policy at UGA, they should either stop smoking the stuff or they should go elsewhere. If UGA is trying to get you, usually that means other good schools are, too. Go to one of them if you want to light up without consequences.

Come on, dude. These kids aren't intelligent. Difference is, the AJC makes it a point to have employees digging for shite like this every single day. Seriously doubt there is a newspaper in Alabama doing the same thing. After all, not many of the residents in that state can even read, can they?

Yes, lame, I know. However, you're on my home turf. GFY!

Well, we do have an instate rival who has the worst case of little brother syndrome with un unhealthy hatred for us. They conduct "investigations" all the time. The creepiest one was where they followed Dre Kirkpatricks mom around and took pictures. A tad nutty.

Ha, nah it brought the heat. Should of thrown in a trailer park reference IMO. It's also better than being genuinely pissed off like an unnamed person in this thread.

We've got depth and that's just fricking fine, but the problem is that JHC has been Grantham's little meat pony as a nickel back "Star" as Grantham calls him, it's not just about some other really good kid stepping in and playing SS, it changes the whole damn scheme in his Spider Monkey defense, when you don't have that guy.

And when you do have him back, vs South Carolina, do you really want to break in your Spider Monkey experiment against Spurrier?

I wish I had the skills and time to make one of those Hitler Downfall videos about this, and make myself the subject. It would be the greatest of all time.

frick, I never thought I'd agree with Draper.

JHC is homies with Rambo, Ogletree, Crowell, all those guys that went through all of the suspensions for weed. JHC should have known exactly what would happen because he saw it happen to all of his friends in the last 2 years.

He is an idiot for doing it.

Despite that, it pisses me off the most that the cops hate UGA players.

It's one thing to have the harshest drug policy, and another thing to have the harshest police for.

Combined, it's a Voltron of Buttfrick and no self-respecting 5 start athlete should want to come to Vacation Bible School in Athens.

Bingo Rig... That's all we've heard this spring from CTG about JHC... "he's & " "We don't know if he'll get any rest etc"... "will play every play etc"... Concerning...

Grantham's got to be getting sick of this shite. And after he leaves, no way is John Gruden going to put up with this.

This is the most fantastic thing I've read all day.

I hope you continue to weigh in on all UGA matters since you speak for the team.

I dont think you comprehend how it is done at uga. maybe thats why you are on here... to learn.

1) the tests are random (ie. the day they get back from spring break. 6am random according to player tweets).

2) i think the players in this situation got off lucky with the acc/pd (no arrests despite admitting drug usage). but the police did file the report. and that's what was dug up by the ajc.

I dont have a doubt in my mind that the bama RA's arent involving the police. and in many situations, the police contact the coaches before processing anything.
