In New York this week, they passed a law banning vets from de-clawing cats.
This is a place that bans Chick-fil-A where it can (airports etc) and that lit the Empire State Building up pink to celebrate the baby killing expansion laws that went through earlier in the year. BUT HANDS OFF THE POOR WITTLE KITTIES!
It’s well past time for a divorce. Our cultures are not compatible.
In fact, that will be my message when I buy the person behind me a meal at Chick-fil-A. I’ll tell cashier “ Just tell them please have a great day, and that it’s time to secede again.”

Last week I found myself as the owner of an adopted cat. It had been declawed by its original owner. I nor my wife would have ever declawed a cat.
But I must say, it is very nice.
It's like winning a Chevy Malibu on Wheel of Fortune. You wouldn't have bought it, but after you get one for free and whip it around town for a couple weeks, you're like "This is a cool little car".
I denounce de-clawing of cats, but I can see why people do it. That's what I'm trying to say here. I think.

I think youre missing the point.
If de-clawing a cat is outlawed because it’s considered inhumane, but snipping an unborn baby’s neck or sucking it’s brain out with a surgical vacuum to avoid inconvenience is not.....then honk, honk, welcome to mentally ill mf’n clown world.

Isnt it funny to think about how when i start the upcoming Coexist! bumper sticker scientific analysis thread, that Kneehigh and all my obsessed downvoters will all click on it and read every single word.......yet if Kneehigh or my obsessed downvoters ever started a thread i would never waste my time clicking it based on how i dont like them and think they’re dull.

-its barbaric
-and inhumane
-and the victim can not defend itself
-and most importantly a person’s selfish desire for trivial personal “convenience” does not justify committing inhumane practices on a defenseless living being
