Updated GA status today, over the last 24 hrs an additional 555 tests were done with about 100 more positive results. Chatham/Sav got its first confirmed case(s).

What we know-

Only the sickest of the sick are getting tested until about today...

17% are coming out positive for CV. The other 83% are hitting the hospitals and getting tested for flu-like systems, but are not testing positive for CV. Maybe they already got it with no symptoms, or maybe lucky enough to have not had it yet.

So is this a good or a bad thing?

I extrapolate that with this decent sample size of 2386 people who have been tested in GA, mostly coming for hospitalization, and only 17% are CV positive, then it's likely hospitals would only see about a 17% increase in intake specifically due to CV, so nothing like that scary exponential spike. In fact, with some different triage management, this may have no affect on hospital capacity at all.

Rumors swirling that St. Simons and Jekyll beaches are about to be closed. Spring breakers are flooding up from Florida.

I would imagine. Gulf coast is all closed up. Wife and kids went to orange beach and it closed today at 7am. they were leaving today anyway so it was good timing for them

Vet clinics in GA now going telemed for checkups/prescription renewals, or curbside pickup only if the animal absolutely has to be seen.

First day of this at my wife's place, I texted her to ask how it's going, her reply "shite show"

So if you want to scam some tramadol, now's the time to do it.

The lefties have been quiet for a while. They are repositioning. They are working on a new posture. Watch.

What do you expect, Trump doing all the right things in record pace when it comes to cutting red tape and getting things done.....AND %’s dropping left and right on contraction and death rates. It’s almost like this was somewhat foreseeable.

Again, we won’t truly know in the long run with Data and proper models/analytics run against it, but clearly the early models and data were insufficient

Just read some alarmist article written by some millennial soy boy who has crunched the #s in Washington State and concluded there were 16,000 true cases to go with 22 deaths......same death rate as the flu.
