I've heard in a podcast that the infection is about 3 times worse than the seasonal flu and fatality is 3 times worse than the seasonal flu.
If you put flu deaths about 30,000, then a covid fatality under 270,000 is a win. The response is a success.

I flew to my favorite fishing Island the last month and didn’t have much www access. How has this thread been going? Just want y’all to know that I am safe and well and the upside was We were the only folks there, so I had the hookers doing my laundry and other random stuff because there were too many to frick and I’m a nice guy. I kept their economy going to the point where I may go back and become Mayor.

I also held a dick sucking contest and I was the judge. Prize was $200. Best money I have ever spent. They did some pretty amazing stuff. I suggest everyone try this at least once.
