He was one of the biggest worries - he's improved every year and our defense was going to be down 2 safety's if he left. It's great to have him back. I wonder who starts opposite him - Lewis Cine?

I agree he's all over the field but Reed is one of my favorite players on our defense so he will be missed. Amazing how well he played from where he was ranked.

That said, I really like Cines game. Our defense next year should be the best in the country.

Now we need Fromm to come back. Those two led to our first great class under Kirby and I’d love to see them lead us to the CFP.

Good to hear. Cine looked pretty good in the bowl game and I am anxious to see how Otis Reese does. I don't remember seeing him a whole lot this year. I mean, in spots but not as much as I would have thought. I thought we would see a lot of him in the bowl game especially. Did he even play?

He really stepped up his game and got better each week. His return is huge for the leadership on defense.

Great news - hopefully he'll be the leader of our defense.

I’ve been a staunch opponent of LeCounte over the years. That stupid “hit bat” last year was ridiculous.

My views changed this year. He really stepped his game up. Glad he is coming back.

Reese played in every game on special teams. He seems like a player who is without a true position - too big playing safety in coverage, not big enough to play any of the LB spots.

Y’all are welcome.

Him and Jake are tight, I can only assume he will be coming back as well.

Having some positive Senior leadership is huge for this really talented team.

Reed was good, but he will be replaced.
