If OLBs and the pass rush continue to develop, I could see him and the rest of secondary getting more picks in 2020.

Good news, he finally progressed and had a good season. He can work his way into the first round with a solid season next year

I shite on him a little early on for bouncing off a ball carrier or two instead of wrapping up and tackling. He definitely improved and it was probably unwarranted when I shite in him.

I was a Richard hater. He sucked at tackling. Glad he figured it out and hope he comes back.
