Someone clearly missed a block on the Etienne fumble. Notre Dame's defender was untouched into the backfield.

Was it a missed block or was it ND rushed more guys than we had blocking?

Also, Frazier averaged 9.3 yards per carry and we gave him the ball 4 times only

I’m a bigger fan of the Cash Jones special - draw up the middle.

It’s cash money

This was Kirby's 4th opening playoff game after a long layoff and his teams have been outcoached in 3 of the 4, at least in the first half. OU in 17, Ohio State in 22 and today. The Michigan win is the only outlier. Make this make sense to me?

How many of those were wins? Your take is fricking stupid

I tend to think it's his best coaching job in respect to Bowers and Ladd are both in the NFL and setting rookie records. Replacing those guys was not gonna happen ......probably ever. Conversely it ultimately falls on Kirby and Bobo to evaluate, acquire and develop talent and who ever you want to assign the blame too, there's no doubt there's been a huge drop off in that after Monken left. That's not even debatable. In one respect I'm surprised we did as well as we did, and in another I can't help but think how it would have been different if Monken was still here.

Interesting that last year - with the same players minus Stet - that Bobo equaled/surpassed Monken. And that’s with Bowers/Ladd hurt a bit of the season

I went back and re-watched it during the next commercial. Notre Dame had a safety blitz off the edge. Anthony Evans was flailing and it was probably his fault, but it also could have been either Delp or Yurosek's fault. Somebody fricked up.

I would like to know the number of snaps when Bowers and McConkey were both healthy and on the field at the same time last season. People forget that McConkey was having back problems to start the season before he had ankle problems.

Revisionist history is like they were both healthy and raising hell together all season.

I can’t stress this enough. If we are reliant on having two rookie all-pro skill position players to move the ball competently, we have a significant problem.
