Connor Shaw was a lot like Fromm. He would take what the defense gave you. But he would also have success down field throwing about 3 to 4 times a game.

Edit to add that Grantham's love of Christian Robinson was baffling. Robinson was a good 3rd down linebacker. But you do not run the QB of the defense onto the field on third down when his specific job is to help the rest of the defense read the offensive alignment and know their spots/roles. We looked like a bunch of idiots because the play call would come in as Robinson was still sprinting to the field (unaware of the signals)
