HOA has no jurisdiction, but the creek he's dumping in is the feeder to the neighborhood lake. The HOA may have an issue with that.
Since Col Bruce died, the Pine Straw market in the neighborhood is out of wack. The power vacuum exists, and will be filled. I hope it is filled by respectable people.
I watched The Burbs the other night, on demand for $3.99 on xfinity.
I'm pretty sure what to and not to do.
One thing is for sure. The dumping of tires and refrigerators and hoses and boxes is going to end soon.
Like the harmony of Three Dog Night or Extreme's "More than Words", things will sync up and everything will be fine. The summer solstice is coming up on June 21, I believe, the week after the full moon.

-black screen, then a sprinkler system sprinkler pops up out of ground
-and starts watering
-go-pro camera mounted on lawn mower footage (slo mo)
-go-pro footage from weed eater (slo mo)
-go-pro footage mounted on a leak blower (slow mo)
-then, fade to black
- and where the drums go bump, bump, da bump
-the letters LOMF'ers appear in yellow (forgot to say the other parts are black in white)
-also, fade music out before the commie parts start

-Hype Video begins with shot of a closed garage door
-the music begins where i've bookmarked it here....Soundtrack... LINK.....................
-then the words "Jefferson Dawg Productions" appear across the garage door
-then "proudly presents" appears
-then garage door starts to open
-revealing a Saturday morning suburban lawn warrior on his day off is standing there ready for battle
-as song builds, we see close-ups of The Mower
-shots of it being fueled
-shot of oil being checked
-a spark plug is screwed in
-the mow height things over the wheels are adjusted precisely
-then as the song starts the rocket launch countdown part 10, 9, 8, etc
-sunglasses are put on
-headphones donned 7, 6....
-sunscreen rubbed on the nose
-shots of engine being primed 5, 4......
-3, 2, 1......
-and then a slow motion sequence of the rip cord ignition being pulled/engaged
-song says "check ignition. And may God's Love Be With Yoooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuu"
-then mower's pushed off the driveway into the lawn
-then fade to black as the guitar, synthesizers drums are doing that intergalactic build-up part
-then BAM!!!! right as Bowie sings "This is ground control to major Tom..."....

I like that song too but it just feels like inappropriate euro trash. Im thinking more of something like Sister Christian by nightranger
