If the crowd helped this week, "Thanks, Kirby" might be more appropriate than "Sorry, Kirby".

The crowd pays to be there, and from that Kirby is paid to be there. Maybe “thanks crowd” is most appropriate thing Kirby can say.

The crowd noise was the loudest it has been since the Tennessee game a couple of seasons ago.

The Mississippi State coach did say during his post game interview that the crowd noise was a factor.

We play Auburn at home, the fans show up, sit on their hands,

Perhaps Kirby perceives the rivalry as being more meaningful because back in the day beating Auburn was HUGE.

In contrast Kirby has repeatedly said that Jordan-Hare is about the toughest place to play.

Speaking of the crowd, how weird was that at halftime when they asked the crowd to boo for a fake team coming onto the field as a part of a Hulu show? They did multiple takes.

Kinda weird, kinda cool.

For those who weren’t there, this is a new show entitled Chad Powers and the lead character is played by Glen Powell.

He led the fake team onto the field and he was almost unrecognizable with his long hair and maybe a fake nose. Something was off with his face.

Strangely enough, I enjoyed that.

Definitely going to watch that episode.

This is dumb. Home field comes with home field advantage, if the crowd isn’t helping them what’s the point of it? We have two night games this season Bama and Texas, can guarantee their crowd is gonna be affecting us
