I can’t count the times in college or high school that me and a girl were both drunk and hooked up. It’s a different time now though. And it should be preached by all coaches, and I’m sure it is…but no hetero male is gonna turn it down when it’s there. That’s just real talk. If he is guilty, then he should go to jail. If he’s not, and she ruined his reputation by being a drunk girl who slept with him, and felt bad afterwards and did this, then she should go to jail.

I agree. I want the police to investigate this thoroughly and if he is guilty he should be severely punished by the law.

To me, it’s telling that rumors have been swirling all day but he’s still on the team. That means, at minimum, there’s more to this story than just a simple rape. UGA cares about the brand a whole hell of a lot more than they do Adam Anderson. The UGA legal team has certainly been involved and assessed appropriate responses based on evidence by this point. If they felt he’s even 49% guilty, they’d excuse him from the team and possibly the school. They haven’t. This tells me that, legally speaking, there’s a shite ton of ambiguity here and much of it favors AA.

Unfortunately, as another poster said, we’ve seen what happens when this type of stuff is made up. It’s already started and he’s presumed guilty before anything comes out. The metoo’s have him hanged. It’s all there, look at any comment. I’ll reserve judgement until it comes out. However, if he is innocent, then I hope he sues her for all she’s worth and smears her just like she did him. Notice I said if. And if he’s guilty, jail. Wouldn’t it be something if he’s innocent that his lawyer would sue all these influencers who are trying to sway opinion and smearing him - if he’s innocent?
