Why don't you guys do this .. when someone is on the clock they have a set amount of time to make their pick, if they have not made their selection within the time period, they forfeit their pick, and the next captain is put on the clock. You continue this procedure until all picks are made. Any forfeited picks are then filled by having the the first participant that was eliminated making those picks ... in this case ... FleshEatingSalsa.

With there being so many participants why not pick 2 each turn. Would go much faster.
