If there's any semblance to previous years' play, there's no cutoff, per se. The top player(s) will be given a list of non-performers and the option to eliminate X number of Y players at the bottom.

you also refused to let another player add his over/under picks, even though they would have been "on time"
not that it matters for how I feel about this, but how did he do? FWIW - Lew can see what the edit was with his mod ability (there is at least one other mod in the game, probably more)
as far as I am concerned, he should be out - the only question I have is should that save the bottom performers from a potential sacrifice???

Suicide is a shameful way to exit the games. I thought that's how it has usually been handled in the past.

Exactly. You can't edit after the deadline for obvious reasons.
I used to put detailed instructions up, but it actually made the problem worse because some people's brains over-heat now when they have to read anything longer than a tweet. So, I just try to keep it as streamlined as possible and hope that common sense prevails. Most times it does.
