Walk away to an isolated spot in a National Forest. Dig a hole. Then walk to a hardware store and get some quicklime and grass seed. Then walk away from the now-filled hole.

Cliff Notes answer: depends on the circumstances. The victim would, in most cases, be legally permitted to use that force necessary to stop the attack. However, if the victim uses more force than is necessary, or continues using force after the attack is clearly stopped, then they are guilty of battery.

My wife got mad bc I ripped a huge fart in our bedroom the other night, punched me in the arm and either dislocated or jammed a couple fingers.

No. When child continues in school it continues until 22. Had to maintain her on my insurance as well.
