Before we were married.
We have been married for 40 years. Previously...
She hit me in the sternum, I laughed and she hit me again. She was really pissed off.
I have never laid a hand on her.

My wife kicks my arse when she drinks or has a bad day at work

No.
But for commentary, I'd rather she hit me than poison my food and/or start fricking other people and hiring a PI to follow me for building a divorce case.
I'd much rather have a bloody nose than all that shite.
Hit away, bitch. I'm just going to bleed all over the floor that you're gonna have to clean up later.

My ex did hit me, about a year after u divorced her. Our oldest daughter was a soph at Georgia and i began sending my child support check directly to her at school because her mamma wasn't sending her any money for food or supplies. She threatened to take me to court and I laughed and dared her. She hit me in the chest and slapped me.

Doesn't child support end at 18?

The reason I brought this up, is because the penalty of hitting a member of the opposite sex.
Advice from an old guy. However justified, don't hit back.
Walk away. Just walk away.

I would imagine he had some kids under 18 and just sent the rest of the check to the oldest daughter.

Not for real men with daughters in college.

Mine hits me sometimes while I pleasure her orally. I take it as a compliment...

Hypothetically, if a person commits assault and subsequently gets their arse beat, does the onus of guilt apply to the instigator or the victim?
There has to be some sort of precedent. Some sort of prior ruling where this has been decided before.

Unless they're in high school until they turn 20. At least in Georgia.
Apparently in Alabama they can agree on it going longer or if the child is in college and not working there's still an obligation.

Q: My child is still in school. Why has child support stopped?
A: Any Georgia court order issued after 1993 establishing child support amounts should provide for support to continue until the child turns 18. If the child is still in high school past the age of 18, support will continue until the child finishes high school or reaches the age of 20, whichever occurs first.
If your court order was issued prior to 1993 or in a state other than Georgia, support is due as indicated in the court order. Generally, Georgia court orders entered prior to 1993 cannot be modified to extend support past the child's 18th birthday.

Yea..with a thin skillet one time in the back of the head. I came in drunk after going out with some of the boys after work. Came in at 0300, shut the door quietly, went to lock it, and she was hiding behind the door and ambushed me. Hit me so hard, I saw stars and went down. Then she thought she had hurt me bad and threw a pitcher of ice water on me to revive me. She dented the skillet so badly, we had to throw it away, and I laughed at her, which made her madder.

Does the father have to pay more if he is also the uncle?

This is the context of "hitting" you're referring to? If so, then yes. We mess around with each other every so often and she jabs a little harder than she thinks she does.
Now my 7 year-old daughter.....she packs a wallop.
