Is one of my favorite Kirbys
Good for a handful of these a year. He hates the press conferences, especially when the team has performed this well and the media is wanting him to praise the players and eat rat poison
I think this question was Connor Riley who should know better.
Side note...what do you think is on the sheets of paper Kirby has on the podium? Anything? He likes to range them after he makes a reporter squirm

I think he loves it when the backups do things like give the directional cupcake a 15 yard short field on a turnover where they put points on the board as a result, because it lets him ride the guys that usually don't get playing time and not just the starters.

Honestly, it is up to the team leadership to hold the other 95 players accountable.
The standard is the standard. It doesn't matter where you are on the depth chart.
The frustration is lack of fundamentals. Lack of understanding of responsibilities. And lack of awareness of what the opponent is trying to do.
It isn't only Kirby's job to hold the standard throughout the team.

I would rather the other players beat the daylights out of the backups when they let stupid shite like all three of WKU's touchdowns happen.
