Cell phone?
Yes

You remember when you told them to stop?
Not specifically, but it would have been around Spring of 2016.

It's between 500-1500 a call.
How can I log this, in a court admissible way? They use number spoofing. Subpoena'd phone records aren't necessarily going to show this paper trail to the defendant.

Get one of those call recorder apps. I used one to avoid having to take notes while driving.

It ain’t for everybody. Some people think law school is like the golden ticket to get into Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. All you need is to get in to law school and the rest of your life you’ll be handed BMWs and country club memberships just for showing up.
This is so true. Im not a lawyer but have interacted w/ a bunch of them. The successful ones (IMHO) are the folks that would obviously do well in what ever they did. They had other skills. I was a traffic cop for years when I was younger and used to do accident reconstructions. When that stuff went to court it was always apparent which attorneys put in the extra work. Some just showed up and went thru the motions. Others not only knew the law but also something about the subject they were working on. It was usually easy to know which guy would win early in a lot of trials.

I don’t have what some people call a “law degree” and I’ve never taken the “Bar Exam”.
