I had to explain this to my wife a little while ago.
Mizzou's gameplan defensively was "Stop Chubb and make them beat us with their freshman qb"
So they are keying on Chubb, and we are using our other weapons.
At some point, they'll have to take their eyes off Chubb.
That's when Chubb will feed.
Notice all of his carries have been up the middle so far.
They haven't even tried to bounce him outside. No sweeps, etc.
2nd half will be a different story.

No, he has the arm but ANY pressure makes him awful. Why he sucked last year. They ran deeper drop longer holding plays like us now they get that thing out asap

Lock is good has all the tools, but any sort of pass rush will result in a pick or arrant pass. I mean just a hurry. They are throwing so many quick slants and shite for that reason.

Very concerned about our lack of pass rush. Lock is the type of QB Leonard Floyd would destroy physically and metaphysically.
We are letting him shred us. 319 in a half. That is an amazing level of suck and it comes down to letting him be comfortable back there, imo.
