My cousin got married last year on the Saturday of the Auburn game. I told her that I loved her but that I would be attending the game. Seeing the dawgs beat down Auburn >>>> any wedding

ehhhhh I wouldn't go that far, to each their own. I'm just saying if you're having a fall wedding, don't even bother sending me an invite.

Weddings are great if you are single.

Free food and booze and gals in fancy dresses staring directly into the face of their ticking clock is a good thing.... Their panties practically fall off...
Especially the ones whose boyfriends didn't want to come... These are undeniable truths. I miss those days...

That really is an absolutely hilarious comment. The least hardcore fans I have ever interacted with in my time at uga still ordered tickets to all the games.

I mean I love going to weddings. I don't mind going during a Georgia bye week (if the reception has tvs...although, shite, ill do nothing more than score watch while getting obliterated and help any young lady make the biggest mistake of her life). I just sure as shite don't want mine to be in the fall and unless I am obligated by blood/best friend/boobs then I'm saying no. I have been lucky thus far. Everyone I know has gotten married in the spring and summer. Sure, I sweat my dick off, but I still get to watch Georgia

They were introduced to each other at the WLOCP in 1996 by friends. Her hubby died of a heart attack at age 31. She has remarried since then and he is an UGa grad as well.

Fall activities suck in general. If it's happening on a Saturday, then count me out. I have a rolling appointment every Saturday from September to December unless it's a bye week.
