What they all have in common is high black populations with just mama raising the babies. Daddies are out clubbing and making more babies that they don’t take care of.

A relative is a police officer in a South Georgia town. All the pathological problems in a big city exist in a smaller cities and towns. No fathers at home, government is the source of income, gangs, rampant dope and glorification of the thug life, to name a few of the problems.

Without police departments there would be a total breakdown of the social order. People that would argue differently don't have a clue.

Lol Waycross and Alma aren't in the same league as the animals in those SWGA towns.

Albany has been a lost cause for a while. Too close to Bama. Still probably better than Atlanta though.
