And wHy is it that you can't pull any up from the 9 months we've been here? Regardless..... Don't worry about these people. Stay in Atlanta and Athens and the other nicer areas of the state and you won't ever run into them.

This isn't my fight, but this statement is incredibly dumb. Of course UGA's academic reputation would suffer if we didn't have our largest city. The rural south (which I'm from btw) has the worst standardized test scores of any region in the U.S.
How would LSU be without New Orleans students? It'd be even worse than it is now. Same goes for any large state University in the south. Take away the largest/most affluent area and a state's academics will suffer. EARTH SHATTERING!!!!!11oneoneunouno!!!!
