It was bullshite.
The only way to hit lower would be to launch (dive down). And that worse than what Lecounte did.
They want 2 hand touch in that situation. It shouldn't have been called.

The game is getting nerfed, just as happened to hockey. Eventually, even 2-hand touch will be considered too rough.
