That quarterback from Carrollton will be there, and he has been seemingly in play since he de-committed from USC if it helps recruiting why not?

Agreed. Gimmick uniforms are for gimmick programs.

If it’s such a gimmick then Nike should just do away with making the black uniforms altogether. I don’t get the hatred, (as a middle aged dog alum) the school’s colors are red and black. Gimmick uniforms are the power rangers nonsense we came out in against Boise State back in the day.

My opinion on the black uniforms is it should be an award that we let the team wear for a big game. That doesn’t fit with this weekend.
