Kirby is able to attract white dudes who can play skill positions. Admittedly, there are more great black DBs and receivers than there are white ones.

What I like about Kirby is the recruiting rankings are just a guide, he knows how to pick unrealized talent and let's them play. Sends a message to the lockerroom.

Roddy White has always been borderline retarded. I remember Falcons games and the announcer inevitably would say "Boy! How did SEC coaches not know about this guy coming out of high school." They knew exactly who he was, and they also knew there wasn't a chance in hell of getting him into school.
