Somto kills me with these insane block attempts. I know he gets some but more often that not, when he doesn't get the block, his guy gets the offensive board

Getting absolutely worked on the glass. 6 offensive rebounds already for St Louis. They only average 8.5 per game for the season. That's a bad, bad sign.

We’re so bad at rebounding that on the rare occasions we actually get one, half the time we just drop it because we look confused that we somehow have the ball in our hands

It’s wild because when we rebound I don’t see laziness. I see a fundamental misunderstanding of blocking out, potential angles based on the shot taken, and a lack of aggression because they don’t understand those things. Yet we are a tournament level above .500 SEC team. It boggles the mind.

Billikens are playing some aggressive and physical defense and it's bothering us, but holy shite.
We were 3 for 18 from the field in the first 12 minutes, averaging a whopping one basket every 4 minutes.
We're the only team I've seen all day that doesn't have a section. No students and there 15 fans in red shirts scattered behind the bench.
What makes everything even shittier is that the game isn't on the radio. The play by play announcer is doing the new school play by play announcer where you act more like a podcast host and make cute little jokes and talk about everything but the play.
Everything sucks so far.
