Kanon may be the move but kanon not as good at creating on his own.
I don’t think so… when Kanon gets going and shoots with confidence, he can get whatever he wants. I agree JW needs to get back in form, but Blue simply needs to play better. IDK what it is with the team, but when he plays with energy and aggression, we tend to play better.

Frankly, seeing aTm getting boat raced right now makes me feel a tad better about our performance tonight.

Really need a 7 seed

If we fall to a 10 seed, then tonight totally would've have worth it. If it means we blew our chance at a 7 seed and sowed up and 8 or a 9 seed, then it was a really bad night.

I missed the game but watched the extended highlights w/o knowing the score. That first half was rough. I can't remember how many times we had solid season and then run into a hot team in the post season tourneys. Like we won the SECCG then hit a hot Xavier team. How did Ole Miss only win 13 games this season? That white dude could not miss it seemed. Some of the offensive lulls brought back memories of the Fox era. We are a tough physical team but 36/26% shooting is terrible and Ole Miss was 45/45%. Great comeback in the 2nd half though. I guess we are a 10 seed.

Nova lost which helps out 7 seed aspirations

14. Xavier was a much, much better team than us. A better example would have been 2015 when we were a pretty decent team for a 10 seed and caught a horribly underseeded Michigan State team who had caught fire over the final few weeks of the season in the first round. Michigan State went on to roll through the region and make the Final Four.

Shout out Yante Maten

Michigan State got Duked in the final 4 by the refs and should have been playing in the title game

I remember watching it and Michigan State got a lot of bad whistles. Looked it up and they had like 20 more free throws

I hope Georgia is a 10 seed because it'd be better for our chances of making it to the second weekend. But I also hope Georgia is a 10 seed so you'll stop posting in absolutes all the time like you are all-knowing or have a time machine or some shite!

Yea, but unless something crazy unforeseen happens, we are looking at an 8 seed. Could be 9, but same thing really

Every bracket I've looked at has us at 8 and if we win the first game the next one is Michigan.

If we make it past the first round and actually face and beat Michigan, it’d be akin to App State beating them a couple decades ago.

Nah, that's crazy

That was like UMBC beating UVA

Us beating Michigan would be a huge upset but those happen all the time on the tourney

Michigan was a 33 point favorite. We're a good team. Don't understand the whole little engine who could mentality.
