Makes sense. Said it over 10 years ago, money better spent improving the existing experience over adding new capacity. Wish we would do the same for basketball though. We need to build that over and stop putting lipstick on that pig

Auburns new-ish basketball Arena cost under $100M, seats under 10k but attracts players and fans….and looks awesome

They actually are having to borrow money to do it. It's in the article.

Still money ready to work for us, just praying we don't have Logan Roy planning out our debt/loan structures

Wonder what they offered for collateral

They always hit us up for weight room and locker room experience $$$. I guess we haven’t reached the end yet

Good move by Morehead and the UGA AD. The stadium experience has gotten better, but it needs to keep improving. A lot of people I know and see at UGA games are over 65. I know less and less people in the 40-50 range that are buying season tickets. More people are sitting at home with their big screen tv's. I'm sure they are going to address improvements to the entrances and the overall concourse width. Hopefully they can figure out how to alleviate concession lines. I spent the entire 2nd quarter in line for 2 hot dogs and cokes for the Missouri game. It would be cool if they could figure out how to add more standing room kind of like they have at MBS.
