Goodman gives up 2 in the 9th but Schunk comes on to close it out and the Dawgs win it 6-3 over State

Looks like they're still playing out in Decatur. I was under the impression they were discussing a new stadium where FulCo used to be and next to their football stadium.
Interesting note- the outfield wall was the wall that was in use at Atlanta Fulton County Stadium.

As far as I know they’re still discussing the idea of moving the stadium to the old Fulton co stadium site. Lord knows anything would be an improvement over the American Legion Park they play at now 20 minutes away from campus

Stricklin just announced that Dawgs will play Tech in third weekend of the season next year in a 3 game series (like Clemson and South Carolina do). Will play in Athens/Atlanta Friday, Suntrust Saturday, and finally Athens/Atlanta Sunday

I like this idea, although I will kinda miss the midweek SunTrust game.
I'm looking forward to heading over to Jacksonville in May to see the Dawgs in person. They lost the last time they played there and Joey Side acted like an absolute asswipe. He was hotdogging it around the bases on a HR when UGA was down big.

SEC to start centralized reviews in baseball, beginning this weekend. First conference to implement the change

Heading into tonight’s game with South Carolina, Dawgs are #6 in the country in both WHIP and in team OPS. There isn’t another team that shows up in the top 10 of both categories.
May not mean much but to this point we have beaten teams we should beat and done so in a very balanced way.

The first week of games, he was an auto out at the plate and he looked pretty silly with his walk up song “Big Bad John” by Jimmy Dean.
