Two missed throws in a row kills a drive. That's why we can't win a shootout. We're far more prone to killing drives with crap like that.

Sure would like to see that toss sweep to the far side show up. I get wanting to stay balanced but at the same time we can't abandon our identity.

Fromm looks jittery for the first time since the Notre Dame game.

My guess is, it's because he knows our defense can't be trusted like it could all year and he basically has to be perfect for us to have a chance.

Iowa St fell down early. What did they do to turn it around?

Like I said, this team wasn't ready for this yet. We need a stop. If they score it will be almost impossible without them imploding. Our offense isn't built to come from behind down 17.

I'm encourage by the defensive adjustments and think we'll see a much better defense in the second half. If they score here, so be it, just need to score ourselves before the half.

Pretty ridiculous situation. Not sure why we are trying so hard to prove we can pass.

Our good drives have included running plays. Our bad drives have not.

Let’s figure this shite out. It’s not over but we need to run the ball more than we have.

The only reason they're not up 28-14 is because their receiver dropped a pass.
