Let's not forget the only SEC loss for Florida is at Mizzou so it's definitely not an easy place to play

Through first 6 SEC games last year and this year:

Last year we had 3 really tough away games out of the gate and lost all 3, in addition to facing an elite AU at home in a loss. Got 2 quality home wins over UK and OU.
This year only 1 real doozie of an opponent @UF which was a loss, but solid elsewhere. Obviously record wise looking much better. Last year we had 2 SEC Road wins all season, and they were literally the final two games we played. Already have 2 road wins this season just in our first 3 tries! Confernce road wins are massive on your resume.
Last year after our first 6 games, we faced a stretch where 7 of the next 9 games were against ranked teams. Brutal. At present there are only 3 ranked teams on the rest of our scheudle, although of course that's subject to change.
At any rate, we made it in as a 9 seed last year by just skating in at the end, so if we continue our positive upward trend, we are looking GREAT for seeding this year..

Not a must win today by no means but another win on the road would be fantastic. Texas is still talented and their backs are against the walls. I expect them to play well today. Go Dawgs!

25-15 run on 9-10 shooting for TX to start off the second half. Percentages will settle in for them but we have to make sure we don’t let a hole build up here while these guys just throw everything into the bucket at will
