Not only are they too expensive for our budget, they're too expensive on a ROI basis. As we saw with Mims, even the ones with most potential take time to develop. And there's still a big bust rate with 4 and 5 star OL. If you're lucky, you may get one really good season with a 5 star high school OT before they either enter the draft or transfer for a ridiculously higher offer.

As we have seen this past year, its worth the expense and taking the chance on that bust rate. Since its lower for a 5 star

They can look as different as they feel like - so long as they perform better. Our LT issues were the stuff of nightmares.

If you have an unlimited budget, probably so. But UGA doesn't have that and we have to fund the entire roster. There's a limit to how much we will pay because there's a limit to how much we can pay. The money has to be spent and distributed wisely.
